Welcome to Meemo.lol! By using our website and app (collectively referred to as "Meemo.lol" or "the Platform"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Meemo.lol, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines that we may introduce from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use Meemo.lol responsibly and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Platform. You agree not to:

• Upload, post, or share any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any form of abusive behavior towards other users, including but not limited to harassment, stalking, or making threats.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload, post, or share any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Meemo.lol, other user accounts, or computer systems connected to Meemo.lol.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

3. User-Generated Content

By uploading or sharing content (including memes) on Meemo.lol, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share on Meemo.lol. We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content posted by users.

4. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Meemo.lol has a strict policy against objectionable content. This includes, but is not limited to, content that:

• Promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics.
• Contains sexually explicit material.
• Promotes illegal activities, including drug use or the sale of illegal substances.
• Is intended to harass, abuse, or threaten others.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem to be objectionable and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these Terms.

5. Reporting and Moderation

Meemo.lol provides a mechanism for users to report content that they find objectionable. We review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and ejecting the user who posted it.

If you encounter content that violates these Terms, please report it using the reporting feature available on the Platform.

6. Blocking and Account Suspension

Users have the ability to block other users who they find abusive or otherwise objectionable. Additionally, Meemo.lol reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that are reported for abusive behavior or that violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Meemo.lol is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meemo.lol disclaims all liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on Meemo.lol and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denmark.
